Pest Blitz are trusted by businesses and residents on the North Shore and also more broadly across Sydney. They approached us with numerous digital requirements. Our most prominent projects with Bltiz since commencing with them in 2016 have been a digital reporting system, an ongoing SEO campaign and a full website rebuild.
At the end of 2019 we were given the chance to revamp Blitz’s tired, old website into a vibrant and modern new home for the pest control business.
The photos used on the new site focuses on the customer satisfaction of having a pest free home, as well as the Blitz team in action.
It contains a massive improvement for calls to action, with contact forms present across the site. Testimonials and Google reviews are also prominent on each page.
At each client, Blitz’s technicians are required to complete a service report and/or a termite inspection report. Previously, this was all done manually using a pen and paper form. This resulted in problems including difficulties attaching photos to reports, sending reports to those that needed them, storing reports and more. A digital solution was required to simplify the process and save a heap of time.
We developed a customised, digital reporting system for the Blitz allowing their technicians to use their phones or tablets to complete a report and upload photos all whilst on site. The forms also allow for signatures to be entered. Once submitted, an automatically formatted report would send to the technician, allowing them to easily forward on to the client. All completed reports are stored in the system for easy access in the future.
The system has been used thousands of times since its launch and continues to be an integral part of Blitz’s way of working.
