Strata Excellence
Strata Excellence approached us in 2016 to construct a website to coincide with the launch of their new Sydney based strata management business. We have continued to work with the business since, assisting across a range of digital marketing areas including web development, SEO, Google Ads and more.
Web Design
Strata Excellence required a professional and functional website. Not only does the site spruik their services to potential customers, it also contains a host of resources for existing customers, including a range of forms, guides, news updates and payment methods. The design is fairly simply and incorporates their corporate green and grey colour scheme. Strata Excellence have always favoured a focus on content and functionality, rather than flashy design and effects, which has been a big part of the website’s success.

SEO
Strata Excellence is one of our best SEO success stories to date. Since commencing a Standard SEO Campaign in July 2017, their monthly organic clicks have increased by 600% and impressions 700%. This is largely due to fantastic results in Google’s rankings, with the site cracking a high position on the first page for a number of their important key phrases. The strata management industry in Sydney is quite competitive, making this effort all the more impressive. Strata Excellence continues to appear as a top business on Sydney Strata related searches.
Google Ads
The Strata Excellence success story continues onto Google Ads. We’ve been managing their campaigns for just over 12 months. When we first took control, Strata Excellence’s cost per conversion was around $115. Fast forward to now and we have cut that amount by almost 66% – with leads now coming in at approximately $40 a pop. This success can be attributed to careful bid management within a budget that has gone unchanged for the duration, various strategies across different high performing keywords and great messaging and landing pages.
Web Development
Strata Excellence wanted a fee calculator for their site that allows users to get a quick fee estimate. We built this system, which simply takes into account the number of lots a potential customer needs managed and then returns an amount based on Strata Excellence’s fee structure. The user is then guided to get in contact to lock in their quote. The calculator is a key source of traffic – as a unique feature of the site, it ranks in the number one position for searches such as “Sydney Strata Fees”
