Touchpoint Technology

We have had an ongoing engagement with Sydney based ICT hardware specialists Touchpoint Technology since 2016. Over the years our digital marketing services have been there supporting them through growth and evolution.

Web Design

We’ve redesigned Touchpoint’s website twice. First with a complete rebuild in 2017 and then another redesign in 2020 to accompany a full rebrand.

The current design pays special attention to Touchpoint’s services, customers, vendors and the industries they work with all within a slick, easy to navigate layout.

Web Development

The website rebuild in early 2017 included a host of new features surrounding the upgraded and expanded “shop” or products section.

We facilitated the addition of hundreds of products into the website. This involved some clever data manipulation and the setup of certain structures to ensure all appropriate data was imported into the necessary fields and also to align the products to Touchpoint’s categories. This was also done in a way that allowed for future automatic updating of products using the feeds that the poduct data was acquired from. We’ve assisted with the ongoing build out of this product database which is now approaching 20000 products.

In addition to this, we’ve also constructed a client purchasing portal, allowing one of Touchpoint’s regular customers to login and place orders. as well as an invoice payment system.

SEO

During our time working with them, Touchpoint’s messaging and target market has been continually evolving. We’ve worked closely with the team to ensure that SEO efforts have supported these changes and that organic traffic has remained strong throughout.

Compared to when we first engaged Touchpoint in 2016, their organic traffic is now 16x more than what it was at stage.

Digital Marketing

We manage Touchpoint’s digital marketing operations ongoing. This includes the management and optimisation of their Google Ads and other PPC advertising campaigns, writing blog posts for their news room, distributing content across various social media channels, sending monthly email newsletters and more.
